Our client, a CEO, is seeking a
Executive Personal Assistant
to provide high-level, strategic, and hands‑on support in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. This fully on‑site role requires experience supporting both professional and personal needs, with proven expertise in complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense management, and day‑to‑day logistical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and consistently several steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a heavy, dynamic calendar across multiple time zones with precision
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
Schedule and manage business and personal appointments, meetings, and commitments
Serve as a strategic gatekeeper for scheduling, communications, and priorities
Handle expense reporting accurately and in a timely manner
Run personal and professional errands as needed
Book and manage travel for the principal and accompanying parties; travel with the principal as required
Prepare meeting materials and support ad‑hoc requests across both business and personal matters
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive
Strong expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management
Ability to manage both professional and personal priorities seamlessly
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
High level of discretion, confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism
