Skaneateles Psychology Associates (SPA) is a private, multi‑disciplinary practice located in a picturesque town in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. SPA also has an additional office in the village of Manlius, New York. The practice provides comprehensive psychological services for older children, adolescents, college‑age students, and adults. SPA currently offers two post‑doctoral fellowship positions: a General Track and a CBT Track. General Track
Applicants should have completed an APA‑accredited doctoral program and internship in clinical psychology. Clinicians are expected to work in an outpatient setting that sees a range of presenting problems. Common areas treated include anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, trauma, life stress, and family and relationship issues. The position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity for career advancement at the practice. The associate would set their own schedule to see fee‑for‑service patients. Pay varies based on patient caseload, with the opportunity to earn up to $85,000. Telehealth and in‑office work is available at our Skaneateles and Manlius offices. Applicants should have completed an APA‑accredited doctoral program and internship in clinical psychology and should have experience with empirically validated treatments. This track is for CBT‑oriented clinicians who are interested in gaining further training and supervision in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, body‑focused repetitive behaviors, and related disorders, as well as other presenting problems commonly seen in an outpatient setting. The associate would set their own schedule to see fee‑for‑service patients. Pay varies based on patient caseload, with the opportunity to earn up to $85,000.
