A fast-growing, founder‑led food manufacturer (~$500M revenue) is hiring a
RevOps
Analyst
to support commercial and executive leadership with data‑driven insights across sales performance, customer trends, and market activity. The company is privately held, profitable, and targeting $1B+ in revenue within the next few years, backed by major distribution partnerships and a lean, entrepreneurial team culture.
This newly created role will sit onsite at HQ and report directly into the SVP of Sales. It’s ideal for someone analytical and Excel‑savvy, with experience supporting field sales teams and a knack for turning raw data into clear recommendations.
You’ll be responsible for:
Analyzing sales performance and trends across multiple regions
Producing actionable dashboards, forecasts, and CRM reports
Supporting pricing, planning, and promotional strategy
Helping optimize go‑to‑market activity with better reporting and insights
Ideal Profile:
3-5 years’ experience in sales analytics or commercial operations
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM system skills (e.g., Salesforce)
Background in food, CPG, or retail preferred
Confident working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
