Position Overview The Pure Barre Anaheim Hills and Brea studios are looking for a new barre instructor. Pure Barre is a 50‑minute full‑body low‑impact workout that uses body weight for resistance to sculpt lean muscle. Our primary clientele are women (and men) aged 16–70 who seek confidence, health, and a strong body.

Responsibilities As a barre instructor, you will:

Lead classes that follow the Pure Barre technique.

Demonstrate proper form and technique and maintain an excellent physique.

Support and encourage clients, building lasting relationships.

Assist new training teachers during the weekend training and ongoing studio training.

Attend supplementary training sessions and use free classes during the training period.

Show up for scheduled shifts (minimum 2 shifts per week, 4–6 classes) and be available for evening (starting 4 pm) and weekend classes.

Requirements & Qualifications You must meet the following:

Love working with women of all age demographics.

Strong musicality and excellent public speaking skills.

Outgoing, friendly, approachable, reliable, hardworking, and committed.

Excellent multitasking and teamwork abilities.

Evening and weekend availability.

Live within 30 minutes of Brea and/or Anaheim Hills.

Previous teaching or dance/cheer experience is a PLUS. Must be in excellent shape and able to demonstrate proper form and technique.

Training & Commitment This role requires a long‑term commitment (minimum one year). Weekend training (cost paid by employer) will continue for at least one month at our studio before teaching to clients. New teachers should expect to put 1–2 hours of daily studying/training at home and in studio.

Compensation $27.00 per hour, minimum 2 shifts per week, 4–6 classes. Opportunities for additional training and compensation after demonstrating commitment to the Pure Barre technique.
