Overview
Part‑time swim instructor – teach life‑saving skills to preschool and elementary kids at British Swim School Northgate. Enjoy short shifts full of smiles, help kids learn to swim, and join a mission to make the water safer. Compensation & Rewards
$20 per hour Fixed reliable 3‑5 hour shifts Paid lifeguard certification and structured training Opportunities for internal advancement $50 toward a wetsuit and $50 toward your first wetsuit Friends and family tuition discounts Responsibilities
Teach students of all ages in accordance with British Swim School’s aquatics program, create a fun and safe environment, and support parents by keeping them informed of their child’s progress. Qualifications
Must be able to swim – at least basic competency in all four strokes and a positive water attitude. Love working with children, enjoy seeing kids progress, and have a fun, positive attitude. Year‑round position – not a summer job. Workable weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday) and weekday starts at 3:30 pm. Reliable transportation to any franchise location. Provide references; reference check required before employment. Location Hours
Northgate: Monday 3:45 pm‑7:00 pm; Sunday 8:45 am‑1:15 pm. Additional hours available at Ballard, Lynnwood, Bothell, and West Seattle locations. Mission
