Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert is a family-owned and independently operated dealership that prides itself on exceptional service and a state-of-the-art facility. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the Business Office. Applicants must have prior automotive dealership and accounting experience. Experience with CDK is preferred but not required. This is an entry level accounting position.

Responsibilities:

Stocking in new vehicles and ensuring the accuracy of vehicle descriptions

Processing used vehicle purchases

Processing dealer trades

Billing Fleet deals

Reconciling semi-monthly new and used inventory physicals and assisting in resolving discrepancies

Ensuring vehicle inventory schedules are clean and accurate

Vehicle flooring reconciliation

Performing monthly MSO audits

Assisting with title work

Staying up to date on current factory programs and ensuring the correct incentives are being paid

Process aftermarket cancellations

Posting invoices from the service and parts departments

Requirements:

Time management and prioritization skills

Work well sitting at a desk and behind a computer

Highly self motivated and able to meet deadlines
