Updated Sign-on Bonus up to $8,000 for COTA certified with more than a year's experience (January 1 - June 30, 2026).

Responsibilities
Maintain order and security of inmates in a correctional facility.
Supervise inmates during housing, meals, recreation, work assignments and all other phases of activity.
Enforce discipline and order, using weapons or force as necessary.
Work any shift and be assigned to posts such as armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.
Support and represent the military service community; veterans encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to complete all required training.
Available to work any hours, any shift.
At least 18 years of age.
Experience in criminal justice or related field (coreCivic recognizes military service to qualify).
