R-101585**Job Description:**The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential units and property facilities according to safety practices, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to achievement business goals and objectives.**Perks and Benefits:**
