We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant Lead - Perinatal Admin to oversee lactation services in Kirby, Texas.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate lactation consultations and support for perinatal patients.
Develop and implement lactation protocols and educational programs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal maternal and infant care.
Provide mentorship and training to staff and new lactation consultants.
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and industry standards.
Skills Needed
Current RN licensure with IBCLC certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide compassionate patient care and education.
Knowledge of perinatal and lactation best practices.
