Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor, is seeking a Budget Analyst/Financial Management Support in Aberdeen, MD.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 15 years in accounting and 5 years in government budgetary systems.
Basic understanding of DoD Audit Policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Department of Defense audit policies and procedures including: Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP); Dormant Account Review – Quarterly (DAR-3 Q) Tool; Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC); and DoD Audit Readiness initiatives.
Assist in the day‑to‑day resolution of ULOs, open invoices, UMTs, IDOCs, sales order errors, open commitments, and open collections; monitor and provide updated status on actions regularly for reporting to ASA(ALT) ARD.
Assist with historical fact finding for audit sampling; assist PMs with audit related needs; provide administrative support such as gathering responses from information requests, quality control and configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensuring all aspects follow agency guidelines.
Secret Clearance.
Security Requirements
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
