Description We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager. The role requires strong supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations and leadership.
Coach and develop sales associates to reach sales and customer service goals.
Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and point‑of‑sale systems.
Ensure high‑quality customer experience and operational excellence.
Work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Qualifications
Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring others.
Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Must provide proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
