Assist customers with selecting and purchasing decor items
Provide product information and recommendations to support sales
Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Maintain a clean and organized sales area
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job requirements:
1-2 years of sales or retail experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for extended periods
