Lead a team of Mid‑Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business for the Nordics region Attract, hire, and retain high‑performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow Drive a high‑performance, high‑accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill‑gap improvement Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions Requirements

5+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in Mid‑Market Ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation or project management of sales initiatives Deep understanding of the business, sharing insights and root‑cause analysis to drive KPI improvements Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision‑making Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy‑to‑understand fashion Excellent written and spoken communication in English Native or full proficiency in any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) Total Rewards
