Overview

The Account Management Specialist supports the digital media team by managing programmatic campaign execution, coordinating project activities across internal Epsilon cross‑functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

Campaign Launch Execution, Process & Project Management:

Demonstrated expertise in account management tools and processes. Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines. Facilitate daily coordination across internal teams. Assist with campaign launches and conduct quality assurance checks.

Campaign Delivery & Performance:

Monitor ongoing campaign activity and identify optimization opportunities. Track and evaluate program performance. Prepare performance and critical metric reporting.

Client Promotions:

Responsible for and maintain client promotions. Build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail.

General Skills:

Excellent client service and strong presentation and writing skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment. Lead and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively. Quick learner who thinks strategically to provide solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university. 1–2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry. Benefits
