Program Overview VPK, Voluntary Pre‑Kindergarten Education Program, prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond by building a strong foundation using educational material aligned with development stages.
Key Responsibilities
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines, company standards, and VPK requirements.
Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success.
Qualifications
Certified in CDA, associates degree or higher in education, or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate.
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center requirements.
Capacity to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
