Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience defending civil rights actions and municipal liability cases.
Must be barred in Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
3-5 years of experience in municipal liability/civil rights litigation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
