Executive Chef

What Will You Do in This Role?
As Executive Chef you will ensure all food items are prepared to culinary standards, provide residents with an exceptional dining experience, maintain portion control, minimize waste, and continually work to improve resident, employee, and client satisfaction. You will also oversee budget, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation standards, and lead the culinary team in day‑to‑day operations.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Minimum of three years of experience as a chef in a large‑scale cooking operation preferred
Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Minimum of three years of experience in a kitchen managerial position highly preferred
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
