Salary: $19.80 - $32.45 per hour (based on job, location, and schedule)*

Job Overview
The Slotting Specialist will analyze data to track the progress of slotting strategies to reduce replenishment, increase pick efficiency, and improve fill rate. Additional duties may be assigned.
What You Will Do
Develop strong technical skills in operating systems (WM, Pyramid, Slotting Tool, and WM Portal) and become a subject matter expert.
Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
Communicate across leadership levels and participate in Project Management Teams.
Work independently or as part of a team with business partners inside and outside the facility.
Self‑manage and complete work assignments with minimal supervision.
Organize and present data in multiple formats (reports, spreadsheets, and email communication).
Lead the slotting process and strategy for the entire facility on a daily basis in an individual ownership role.
Physically view, check product attributes, and make changes as necessary to locate product into active as needed.
Have a thorough understanding of the operational picking process and pick density.
Continuously set and adapt strategies based on business needs.
Create constraints and goals based on business needs.
Compile and analyze data to track the progress of slotting strategies to reduce replenishment, increase pick efficiency, and improve fill rate.
Critique system to look for potential problems/oversights having no prior data for analytical comparison.
Be a creative, assertive, innovative, and decisive individual that wants to grow toward an executive level in Wave and Planning.
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Who You Are
Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Access.
Preferred experience supporting a warehouse system – specifically Manhattan.
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Resourceful self‑starter, works well independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, and stooping.
Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment.
Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement:
Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted monthly or semi‑monthly as determined by facility size and employee count. Colleagues will be randomly selected by a third party and must complete testing within 24 hours of notification.
