Overview The Material Handler is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
Follow work orders and/or verbal instructions to determine which materials or containers need to be moved.
Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and using a tow motor.
Record daily material‑handling metrics.
Maintain inventory of packing materials and finished paper.
Assist with shipping or receiving as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Work Experiences
1–2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
Prior forklift or tow‑motor experience preferred.
Ability to be certified is required.
Proven ability to meet customer and management deadlines.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); equivalent experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Capabilities
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must regularly stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
