We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, reduce downtime, and support our culinary team's seamless operations. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and maintaining essential systems, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues Core Equipment You'll Work On
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems Location and Benefits
