Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, analyze business performance, and provide best‑in‑class customer service while overseeing daily store operations, opening and closing routines, and efficiency in all store processes. They lead floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge, and are talent leaders responsible for recruiting, training, engagement and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, these managers have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
