Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead our creator marketing efforts. This role is responsible for building Milani’s creator ecosystem from strategy through execution which is all managed fully in‑house. This position plays a critical role in shaping brand perception, driving cultural relevance, and fostering long‑term relationships with creators, editors, and industry partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience in beauty, a strong understanding of social platforms, and a proven ability to manage agencies, creators, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Creator (Influencer) Marketing
Own and execute Milani’s end‑to‑end creator marketing strategy, with all creator programming managed fully in‑house
Build and manage creator relationships, cultivating a strong, engaged community of creator brand advocates
Identify, recruit, contract, and manage paid creator partnerships across tiers (micro to macro), ensuring strong brand alignment and performance
Develop creator briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and KPIs aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Oversee product seeding, gifting strategies, and ongoing creator relationship management
Plan and execute events, dinners, and experiences designed to build long‑term relationships with creators and editors
Track performance, analyze results, and optimize creator strategy based on insights and learnings
Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Sales/E‑commerce teams to ensure creator efforts support broader business goals
PR Agency & Editorial Relationship Management
Serve as the primary internal lead for Milani’s PR agency, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance
Collaborate with the PR agency to align creator, editorial, and earned media strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a key thought partner for brand storytelling across creator, social, and PR channels
Own overall budget management across creator marketing, PR agency support, and events
Manage and develop one direct report, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities
Stay current on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and beauty culture to proactively inform strategy
Manage external partners with clarity, accountability, and strong relationship‑building skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience across creator/influencer marketing and PR
Direct experience in beauty or an adjacent category (fashion, lifestyle, wellness, etc.)
Proven experience managing creators, agencies, and external partners
Hands‑on experience with influencer management & measurement platforms such as Tribe, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Grin, or similar tools
Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems
Experience planning and executing events for creators, editors, or industry partners
Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset
