Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $51,000.00/yr

We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Office & Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and provide personal administrative assistance within a luxury jewelry environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an organized, refined workspace, anticipates needs, and understands the importance of discretion, presentation, and precision in a high-touch brand setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-driven, service-oriented, and thrives in a boutique office where no task is too small and excellence is expected in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an organized, polished, and efficient environment

Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to tone

Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications

Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems

Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers

Provide personal administrative support to executive leadership

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting

Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and reminders

Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency

Support special projects and confidential matters requiring a high level of trust

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or personal assistant

Experience working in a boutique, luxury, fashion, or jewelry environment preferred

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure and accuracy

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
