Apartment Maintenance Technician

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on‑call rotation 1 week every 6 weeks
Perform snow removal when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Light travel in the area
Compensation & Benefits
$19 to $21 an hour
Annual salary increases up to 5%
Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
Holiday coverage bonuses
