Position Overview
Join a patient-centered, growth-oriented private practice as a Dental Hygienist where you’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, ample appointment times, and a supportive team environment led by Dr. Lupo. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleanings and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and take radiographs Deliver preventative treatments and patient education Assist in treatment planning and periodontal charting Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of professional dental hygiene experience Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist Laser certification (preferred) Local anesthesia certification (preferred) Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, positive atmosphere Practice Culture & Benefits
Small private practice with a single full-time dentist owner and no staff turnover in 5 years Patient-focused approach with only PPO plans accepted (no HMOs) Supportive environment promoting professional growth and collaboration Ample time for quality care: 1-hour prophy/recare, 90-minute new patient exams, 1.5+ hours for half-mouth SRPs Opportunity for long-term career development alongside Dr. Lupo’s expanding practice Compensation & Schedule
Competitive hourly rate: $45 - $65 per hour Daily bonus opportunities based on production goals Flexible schedule: Monday through Thursday
