Production Worker - 1st and 2nd shift (NTVA)
1st Shift Hours: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday
2nd Shift Hours: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM Monday – Friday
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.78 + $1.00 Shift Differential (2nd Shift)
Work a consistent schedule each week, no rotating shifts!
We are looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic to fill fundamental roles in our production area.

Location: Corridor Connector transit system Rt. 340/522 service area.
Job Responsibilities
Receive, lift, and break down raw material of frozen fruit at the breaking station. Carton weights 20 lbs. to 55 lbs.
Practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while opening cartons and handling product.
Pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects, foreign materials, etc.
Fill infeed conveyor hopper and keep the conveyor always full.
Empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.
Pack products into boxes for storage.
Maintain standing, bending, lifting, stooping with good eye and hand coordination.
Work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Maintain good attendance.
Qualifications
Previous production experience is a plus.
Job Details Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $18.78 – $20.60 per hour | Shift: 8-hour shift (Day shift, Evening shift)

Manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Relocation: Front Royal, VA 22630 – require relocation before starting work
