1-800-GOT-JUNK? Sacramento is hiring a Junk Removal & Customer Experience Specialist. This role blends on-site junk removal, customer service, and sales to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a positive attitude and outstanding customer interactions.
Drive and load trucks safely while working efficiently with the team to ensure safe truck operations.
Handle junk removal by lifting both heavy and light items to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
Advocate our brand professionally by providing accurate estimates to customers and participating in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training and performance improvement.
Commit to safety by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
Qualifications
Age requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Driver’s license: Valid standard driver’s license required.
Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Physical capability: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly.
Weekend shifts required on Saturday or Sunday.
Compensation & Location Location: Sacramento, CA Pay range: $17 base wage + tips + commission. Average total compensation: $29/hr.
