Job Description Position Summary
Responsible for performing routine building and ground maintenance and repair tasks including HVAC.
Perform tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Regularly check equipment and fire suppression systems for potential problems.
Occasionally replace lamps in lighting fixtures and indicators.
Perform various daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of facility equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes.
Collaborate with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies.
Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
Remove oil and watery oil by pumping and mopping.
Support and contribute to FCM Projects.
Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.
PM Facilities HVAC systems.
PM Industrial Process Cooling Systems.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.).
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
