Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
Execute outbound calling strategies.
Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
Qualifications
One year experience in sales
Background in construction/roofing related field
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Advanced Computer Skills
Minimum Associate’s Degree (Not Required)

Monday through Friday schedule (Occasional weekend events)
Unlimited earning potential with commission! Potential salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year to start
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 days of service)
PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 days of service includes Birthday too)
401(k) (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service)
