2026-01-06 The role supports manufacturing operations through safe, precise, and quality‑focused machine operation in a primarily onsite production environment. Overtime may be required. Responsibilities

Operate woodworking and veneer production machines, including presses, sanders, shears, and cutting knives. Follow detailed work instructions, production specifications, and standard operating procedures. Identify, document, and report quality concerns to ensure product standards are met. Handle fragile veneer panels with care to prevent damage. Assist other production areas and team members as needed to support workflow and output. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day. Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience operating production machinery. Woodworking or veneer manufacturing experience. Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) responsibilities

Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervision to ensure prompt corrective action. Attend required EH&S training programs. Actively support company EH&S goals and initiatives. Recommend improvements to EH&S practices and workplace safety. Benefits
