What Impact You Can Make
Prospecting, qualifying, business and program development, and closing direct sales of AtriCure’s ablation, left atrial appendage (AtriClip) and cryo nerve block technologies in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments within hospitals.
Develop, implement and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory to achieve assigned targets.
Continuously identify new customers, contacts and opportunities via networking and collaboration inside and outside the organization and territory.
Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to build upon and grow the base business.
Work closely with Hybrid Therapies and Cryo Nerve Block teams, along with sales leadership to cross‑functionally coordinate activities to achieve corporate sales goals and targeting between all functions and franchises.
Work with Marketing and Professional Education to share industry news and trends and receive feedback of the same.
Mentor and partner with your field clinical specialists for best patient and customer outcomes.
Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
Manage territory and track customer activity.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgery or related space.
Cardiac surgical ablation systems highly preferred.
Must have a successful track record with sales quota achievement.
Must have strong clinical and technical aptitude.
Ability to travel 35‑60% depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes.
What We Offer In Return
Competitive salary range for this position is $70,000–$110,000 (highly experienced). The final salary within this range will be determined based on candidate’s relevant experience, education, and skills, and will align with the internal equity of market standards. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits and other perks.
