W2 – Employee Sales Representative (Company-supported, structured development)

1099 – Independent Sales Contractor (Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

Compensation & Bonuses

Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed, up to $5,000 in the first 30–60 days.

1099 Veteran Contractors - Commission: 14–15%; O&E Fee: 10%; Fast Start Bonus as above.

Requirements Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue (proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs).

Commission: 14–15%

O&E Fee: 10%

No schedule requirements – full autonomy

Access to optional company marketing/equipment package

Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses

Commission & Fees – W2

Commission Tiers:

$250,000 = 11%

$500,000 = 12%

$750,000 = 13%

O&E Fee: 20%

Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)
