Regional Account Manager (Biosimilars) – Southeast Region

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to drive the adoption of our biosimilar portfolio across the Southeast United States. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Regional Accounts with a dotted line to the Regional Director of Sales. Base Pay and Commission

Base: $150,000 – $170,000 per year Commission: Quarterly target $12,500 per quarter, with a company car. Territory

Southeast United States, including Health Systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Regional Hospitals, and select community practices. Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional account plans aligned with the national biosimilar strategy. Identify, prioritize, and manage key regional health systems, IDNs, and hospitals to maximize market access and product utilization. Drive adoption and pull-through of the biosimilar portfolio, achieving or exceeding sales objectives and key performance indicators. Build strategic relationships with pharmacy directors, infusion center leaders, and system procurement team. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Contracting, FRMs, MSLs, and Marketing to deliver coordinated customer solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy changes impacting biosimilar adoption, and communicate actionable intelligence. Support contract implementation, compliance, and renewals within assigned accounts. Maintain accurate records in Veeva, prepare regular updates and business reviews for senior leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required). Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience. Solid understanding of immunology and oncology key accounts, both community and health systems. Buy & Bill experience and strong fiscal acumen. Proven ability to develop account level strategic and tactical plans, with measurable metrics. Demonstrated high performance in managing complex customers/accounts, negotiation skills, and influence. Oncology and/or Immunology injectable launch experience preferred. Launching new product/start‑up experience a plus. Excellent collaboration, oral and written communication skills. Must maintain all credentialing requirements (including COVID‑19 and influenza vaccinations). Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as needed (auto and air).
