Manage a portfolio of major accounts, guiding the sales process from initial contact to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, particularly in selling complex enterprise software
Experience engaging C‑suite executives using consultative selling techniques
Strong skills in managing full‑cycle sales processes and multi‑stakeholder engagements
Deep understanding of AI applications in legal operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
Experience developing and executing account plans that contribute to overall sales strategy
