Key Accountabilities

Retention & Renewals Management: Own the end‑to‑end renewal process for assigned Commercial accounts, develop strategies to maximize retention and minimize churn, and ensure timely and smooth contract renewals.

Client Relationship Management & Customer Strategy: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong, long‑term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, proactively identify client needs, and provide strategic recommendations.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with Account Managers and the Commercial Center of Excellence to enhance the client experience, provide insights on pricing, product, and service improvements, and contribute to internal strategies that improve retention and revenue outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

3 years of work experience beyond the degree.

Skills and Abilities

Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a customer‑first mindset.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data‑driven decision‑making.

Location & Working Conditions This is an office role, requiring attendance at our Omaha, NE office an average of 3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits The full salary grade for this position is $70,000 – $120,000. While the typical hiring salary range is expected to be between $70,000 and $105,000, annual placement will vary based on experience, education, and market data. In addition to base compensation, the role may be eligible for an incentive plan.
