Base pay range
$16.15/hr - $17.65/hr
Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 250 stores in more than 25 states from Maryland to Montana. We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service in a fun, fast‑paced work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day routine.
Key Team Leader (Key Holder) Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service – primary responsibility
Store opening and closing responsibilities
Merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store
Key Team Leader (Key Holder) Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience
Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics product knowledge required
Merchandising skills preferred
Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential
