The Opportunity

We are looking for a

field-focused sales operator

to help PAM secure new clients through

in-person outreach and relationship building

.

This role is about getting meetings, having real conversations with decision-makers, and closing early partnerships. You will be one of the first people representing PAM directly with property owners and management teams.

If successful, there is a clear path to transition into a longer-term, remote closing or partnerships role.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-person outreach to multifamily property owners, developers, and management companies.

Visit offices, attend industry locations, and leverage local networks to secure meetings.

Present PAM’s value clearly to senior stakeholders (VPs, Directors, GMs).

Qualify prospects and close for the sale.

Coordinate closely with the Sales & PM team on messaging, objections, and deal structure.

Provide feedback from the field to refine positioning and product offering.

Who We're Looking For

Someone comfortable walking into offices and starting real conversations

Experience in real estate, property management, staffing, or B2B services is required

Confident speaking with senior decision-makers

Outcome-oriented and self-directed

Able to operate independently without heavy sales infrastructure

Based in or near NYC or Houston, with the ability to travel locally

This is not a lead-gen or call-centre role. It’s about

relationship building and closing .

What Success Looks Like (30 Days)

Secure multiple qualified in-person meetings

Close at least 1-2 initial client contracts

Generate feedback that inform how we scale sales online
