At RoofTop Contracting, we take pride in quality workmanship, transparent communication, and dependable service — because at RoofTop, we’re on TOP of it. We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial roofing business through consistent outreach, canvassing, and customer engagement. This person will generate new opportunities, build relationships, and support customers throughout the assessment and sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass residential neighborhoods and commercial areas to identify potential roof needs
Engage directly with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
Generate leads, schedule inspections, and guide customers through the sales process
Document interactions and maintain accurate lead information
Work closely with management and operations team to ensure smooth handoff from lead to project completion
Represent RoofTop professionally and uphold our company values
Meet activity goals and consistently follow the daily sales process
Qualifications
Prior sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and direct outreach
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn roofing basics (training provided)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
