The Grit Ninja (TGN) is a dynamic, fast-growing new Company bringing a sense of fun and adventure to the fitness world through innovative “ninja warrior” based fitness! During each action-packed visit, ninjas will climb, swing, jump and run on the coolest obstacles that change every time you visit! Ninjas will tackle challenges that are designed to build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, self-confidence and, most importantly, GRIT! The Grit Ninja currently has an indoor facility in Roslyn and a mobile program that works with schools and parks/rec departments. In our facilities, we offer kids classes, open gyms, camps, birthday parties, competitions, and private events. The weekend manager will be responsible for running the activities on the weekend, which is a mixture of kids birthday parties, open gyms, and kids classes. Coaching hours available during the week as well (typically after school hours, and holiday camps) Ensure that the TGN mission and values are communicated and implemented at the gym. Work to create a community (and family-like) atmosphere for customers. Manage weekend operations of classes, open gyms, birthday parties, and special events. Ideal candidate is organized, responsible, a good communicator, and enjoys kids!
