Greet guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check‑in and check‑out Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations Process payments accurately and maintain organized records Assist guests with special requests, concerns, or accommodations with professionalism Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean, tidy, and inviting Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management to support smooth operations Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and standards of guest service Requirements
Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming demeanor Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer applications Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays required What We Offer
