Duties
Operate and maintain ovens
Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints
Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Hanging and racking metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating
Trim, inspect, un‑rack, package, and palletize after the oven process
Assemble parts as needed
Experience
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Ability to periodically lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
