About the job Executive Administrative Assistant - Remote
The position is part‑time, 15‑20 hours per week (starting November 2022) with potential to increase to 24‑30 hours weekly after that. This remote role involves communicating with the administrator, venture employees, and consumers via e‑mail, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities/Administrative Help Organize digital documents (e.g., create job‑specific folders) and, upon request, coordinate and produce technological documentation and user guides.
Responsibilities/Regulatory Support Examine environmental documents and apply regulatory compliance criteria. Enter data into an online database and assess electronic material against established regulatory requirements. Conduct governing research studies, monitor the job email mailbox, and recognize client Standard Operating Procedures to provide accurate assistance to client field areas.
Needed Abilities Organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Skilled at multitasking, tracking task status, and communicating effectively—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences. Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office (Groups, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat, including data manipulation, editing, and electronic document system maintenance.
Should‑Haves (Soft Capabilities) Records access and QA/QC experience; client‑service knowledge.
Nice‑To‑Haves (Tough Abilities) Understanding of environmental rules.
Degree Criteria Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of progressively responsible business‑related experience.
Level Preferences Remote; collaborative interaction with the team on a daily basis, with quality assurance to ensure conformity.
