Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. They develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants by maintaining a customer‑centric culture and ensuring an outstanding guest and employee experience.

Responsibilities
People:
Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development; communicate effectively with guests; take an active role with new team members; be a subject matter expert and adhere to all systems; demonstrate cultural principles in every interaction.
Performance:
Expertise in systems (BoFood, BoLabor); uphold standards and take corrective action; empower team members to deliver WOW service; reduce R&M through proper manager walks and process execution; engage external community relationships for recruitment, sales growth, digital platforms, and catering.
Profit:
Increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts; understand restaurant P&L; understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales; participate in inventory management; maintain safety and security standards; engage in the LTO lifecycle, including training and POP by deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management experience
18 years old or older
Read, write, and speak English
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, 50‑hour work week
Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels
Microsoft Office experience
Cash handling and bank deposit experience
Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to bend, stand, kneel, and lift 25+ lbs
