The Basics Location: Wilson Mills, NC Compensation: $22.00/hr and up Days/Hours: 1st shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday with occasional 7:00 am–7:00 pm or 7:00 pm–7:00 am and weekend shifts Equipment Used: roll stands, sifter, hoses, valves, hatches Material Handled: wheat, flour, middlings

What You’ll Be Doing
Work across Flour Milling, Flour Blending, Loadout, and Wheat Receiving departments
Set up, monitor, and adjust milling equipment for maximum yield and production goals; perform routine maintenance
Transfer flour, collect and seal samples for lab analysis, complete documentation, and maintain cleanliness and equipment
Receive bulk wheat, move on conveyor belts, prep wheat for milling, and perform associated housekeeping duties
Requirements
High‑school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral English instructions
Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays
Professional, safety‑conscious demeanor with strong communication and cleanliness standards
Pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
Physically strenuous work, including tight spaces, frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs or more
Mandatory PPE usage
