Position Summary Oversees and provides guidance to the warehouse crew under direction of a warehouse manager or supervisor, maintains warehouse work areas, assists with shipping and receiving functions in a timely manner, observes all safety regulations, ensures all quality standards are met, and maintains the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization and performs any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Details

Pay:

$21.50 per hour

Shift:

Sunday‑Thursday night, into Monday‑Friday morning, 12:00 AM until finish

Responsibilities

Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.

Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear where applicable.

Perform daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.

Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.

Be well versed on loading SOPs.

Assist warehouse crew with duties in emergency and non‑emergency situations.

Perform damage control, check condition of load on each batch, and contact supervisor if any issues require assistance.

Perform loading, selection, shipping, receiving, forklift put‑away/replenishment, returns, auditing and other warehouse duties per business need.

Provide oversight, direction and input on work performed by associates in the assigned area.

Ensure completion and accuracy of all Food Safety forms daily.

Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean. Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, complete vehicle inspection checklist, and secure all equipment at shift end.

Provide backup support to warehouse management.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to work in a multi‑temperature environment (dry, cooler, freezer)

Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout the shift

Able to lift and stack product between 10‑35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout the shift

Pass pre‑employment drug test

Basic computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
