We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Spread Room Operator in our Chino, CA production facility.
General Responsibilities
Manual stacking of cases Operating packaging equipment to build pallets Cleaning and sanitation work Constructing edible product Other activities as directed by the supervisor Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Pay Range: $24.75-$27.00 per hour to start DOE Must be available to work the following shifts which will rotate every two months: Monday through Friday (6AM-2:30PM) Monday through Friday (2PM-10:30PM) Sunday through Thursday (10PM-6:30AM) Department needs call for weekend and holiday scheduling Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Qualifications
High school diploma or GED A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred) Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management Represent the company in a positive and professional manner Physical Demands/Requirements
Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit and stand for up to eight (10) hours on a continuous basis Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. ABOUT In-N-Out Burger
