Fath Properties is seeking candidates for an Apartment Maintenance position at our beautiful property, Nantucket, located in Loveland, OH. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Trade School education
Plumbing and electrical experience
Minimum 2 years residential maintenance experience
Leadership skills a plus
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and steps, operate power equipment such as saws, drills, and door locks
Responsibilities
Perform necessary repairs in make‑ready residential units, including cabinet, appliance, tub & tile, plumbing, electrical, vinyl flooring, lighting, hardware, painting and drywall repairs
Diagnose basic problems for occupied residential repairs (appliance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry)
Report directly to the Community Manager
Perform on‑call duties once properly trained
Other duties as assigned
Additional Information Pre‑employment Drug Screen Required. EOE.
Compensation: $24–$29 hourly wage.
