Responsibilities

Operate machinery to drill glass to specific shapes and sizes per manufacturing instructions.

Set up and adjust cutting equipment (lathe, microscopes), monitor the cutting process.

Inspect finished products for quality and perform routine maintenance.

Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent.

7+ years of experience operating precision machinery.

Proficiency in operating machinery for precision drilling, measuring, and inspecting product.

Travel / Physical Requirements

Ability to travel 75% to a Miami, FL facility for ongoing training during the first year of employment.

Additional Preferred Experience

Experience in glass forming.

Use of measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges.
