Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and support a large team of drivers and driver helpers, including managing schedules and documentation.

Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Receive and relay important incoming calls and information from airline clients and the airport to the respective departments.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations as outlined in the Food Safety Management System Handbook.

Report any food safety concerns to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition, including compliance, fueling, and maintenance.

Process and manage meal ordering information, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to all relevant departments.

Maintain a safe workplace, providing general information to the public and relevant parties regarding department policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Create, review, and maintain reports as needed.

Update and manage transportation databases.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management while upholding DO & CO standards.

Qualifications

All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar fast-paced role.

Works well independently as well as in a team environment.

Excellent planning and coordination skills.

Dedication and attention to detail concerning customer service.

Solution seeker and effective decision maker.

Hands-on to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.

The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation department.

Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Pay rate:$23.00 hourly.
