Position Summary As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water‑damaged materials and handle any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Mold and Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.
Key Responsibilities
Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
1‑2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
2‑4 years of Construction experience preferred
2‑4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Regular lifting of 50+ pounds.
Work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces.
Use of PPE and exposure to water‑damaged environments
